  • q-iconWhen do we start?

    We will be kicking the contest off on May 1st. Prior to beginning, we will be working with you to collect pertinent information and ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

  • q-iconWhat if I don't have a gym membership

    No problem!  We will provide both at home workouts and gym workouts.  Both will have videos of each exercise.

  • q-iconHow much can I expect to lose in 28 days?

    That is all very individual. We have had people lose as much as 28 lbs and as little as 5. It all depends on where you are starting out and how much effort you put into your training and nutrition during the 28-day contest.  Our biggest focus is on helping you get fit and healthy, whatever that may mean to you.  Weight loss will be a really cool byproduct of a healthier you!

  • q-iconWhat if I don't have much weight to lose?

    Like I said, we want to help you become a healthier, happier version of you.  That may or may not involve weight loss.  Also, the winner will be determined by voting on before and after pics.  You may not lose much weight, but if your transformation is the best one, you’ll still win!

  • q-iconWill I be starving all the time?

    No!  Most of our past challengers were actually really full most of the time.  This is because they were eating way more nutrient dense foods than they were used to.  Win, win!

  • q-iconWhat if I've never worked out consistently before?

    The exercises and workouts are easily scaled up or down depending on fitness level and experience.  This is one of the areas where the exercise swap list and online support from your coaches is so valuable

  • q-iconHow will the winner be determined?

    The winner will be determined by before and after photos.  These photos WILL NOT be made public.  We have already selected a panel of clients who currently train at our gym who will vote on the winner.  Each of the voting clients has lost at least 20 pounds of fat, so they know exactly what it’s like to transform their body.  Voting will be done in a closed facebook group so only the coaches and the selected panel can see them.  

  • q-iconDo I have to take before and after photos

    Yes.  Because the challenge is online, this is the best way to determine the winner.  REMEMBER: they won’t be made public.  Plus, you’ll WANT to have before/after pics for yourself so that you can see how far you’ve come!

  • q-iconWhat do I wear for my before and after photos?

    We generally recommend sports bra and shorts for ladies and shorts only for guys.  That said, wear as little clothing as you feel comfortable with.  Please keep it PG :)  Keep in mind, if you’re wearing a sweatshirt and jeans (you certainly can if you want) it’ll be very difficult to see the changes in your body.      

  • q-iconDo I have to weigh in?

    Yes.  However, weight loss WILL NOT be a factor in determining the winner.  You’ll weigh in and home and submit your weight to us.

  • q-iconDoes this challenge involve expensive supplements or horrible tasting drinks?

    No!  This challenge will involve clean food and lots of water.  We will certainly help you select high quality supplements ONLY IF you prefer to use them.
