Workout A
Equipment Needed: Weights, Elevated Surface/Box

1. Step Up x10
2. Push Up x7
3. Hip Raise x10
4. SA Row x10
5. Curls x12

Set timer for 22 minutes- AMRAP, rest as needed
Single-sided exercises will be one side per round

Workout B
Equipment Needed: Bands (2 Long & Glute Band)

1. Get Up (Left Side)
2. Get Up (Right Side)
3. Row to External Rotation to OH Press
4. ISO Squat/Jump Squat
5. 1-2 Step

Set Timer: 35 secs work, 15 secs rest – 5 rounds total
