2. Push Up x8
3. Hip Raise x12
4. SA Row x12
5. Curls x14
Set timer for 25 minutes- AMRAP, rest as needed
Single-sided exercises will be one side per round
Workout B
Equipment Needed: Bands (2 Long & Glute Band)
1. Get Up (Left Side)
2. Get Up (Right Side)
3. Row to External Rotation to OH Press
4. ISO Squat/Jump Squat
5. 1-2 Step
Set Timer: 40 secs work, 15 secs rest – 5 rounds total
